Account: a Microsoft Dynamics 365 account stores data about companies you do business with.
Contact: a Microsoft Dynamics 365 contact is someone you currently do business with or have done business with in the past.
Lead: a Microsoft Dynamics 365 lead is a business prospect that you have not yet qualified through your sales process

Have you completed Microsoft Dynamics integrations in the past?
Yes, we have worked on a Microsoft dynamics integration.
What connectors or methods of build you have used or would recommend?
We have used a HubSpot integration, there are two options:
- Basic integration allows syncing the basic data but not custom properties.
- Allow custom properties but it is a necessity to upgrade to the Operations Hub.
What information you need to gather from our client to help us scope the project?
The information that they can sync is Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunities.
Below you can find the properties that can be synced:
Default property with the free version
Additional fields with the Operation Hub version.
Please note that it is not possible to map properties that used dropdown or multi checkboxes and the owner property.
- The first step is to identify the properties that you would want to sync. You will find all the options below.
- identify if the integration is on both ways or only one way and if you want to add a filter to limit the sync.
